Lawler Wood Housing, LLC is a developer and manager of multi-family housing properties with a primary emphasis on affordable housing. Since 1998, we have developed more than 8,500 apartment units in 60 properties with the majority of those developments utilizing the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program as a source of investment capital. Our involvement in affordable housing can be traced back 35 years to the work of Rodney Lawler and Pat Wood, who formed the company to develop housing under the Section 8 New Construction/Substantial Rehab program in the mid 1970s and produced more than 3,500 units under that program. Lawler Wood Housing currently operates over 8,000 units in 10 states. Our team consists of over 300 dedicated employees at the community, regional and corporate levels.

We are actively pursuing acquisition opportunities for properties that would benefit from the resources available under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program.
